Since it was launched, the high-rise division has sold more than 7,000 suites – a level of success achieved through visionary thinking in choosing sought-after locations, designing award-winning floor plans accompanied by topnotch service to condominium purchasers. Presently, the Company offers condominiums in Toronto’s most sought-after locations.

As a member of the Canada Green Building Council, we are committed to developing a greener lifestyle in its homes and condominiums and have taken the lead by incorporating numerous environmental initiatives that provide owners with greener, more energy-efficient surroundings.

Monarch has been a member of OTHBA since 1956, and is been committed to helping this industry flourish. Monarch’s association involvement includes three GTHBA past-presidents and in 2006-07 Monarch President Brian Johnston served as President of the Ontario Home Builders Association.
